Right of withdrawal

You have 14 days to change your mind about your order, without having to justify your decision or pay any penalties. This period begins on the day you receive the last item in your order.

How does it work?

• Has your order not yet shipped? Fill out the form below. We'll cancel your order and issue a refund — you don't need to return anything.

• Have you already received your order? Fill out the form, then return the items to us within 14 days. We will issue a refund upon receipt.

In both cases, you will immediately receive an email confirmation.

Refunds:

We will refund all payments received, including standard delivery charges, no later than 14 days after we receive your return.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized or made-to-measure items, nor to items sealed for hygiene reasons.
